Ideas and unsanctioned novel thought processes are quietly killed by the controlling powers that seek to oppress and maintain the status quo. Slowly our ability to make personal choices, voice differing opinions, and communicate without fear of governmental policing is disappearing. Unfortunately we gladly give up our human rights out of fear. Fear propagated by the mass media and piped into our living rooms and dens via the electronic devices designed to "make life easier". Our belief systems no longer belong to us but have been given away freely to the controlling powers of our government to do with as they see fit. We indeed are living in a dark age of technological dependence and governmental control.
