If you are among those that continue to feel bad because they are now past fifties or sixties, I have some news for you. You don't have to "look" fifty years or sixty years. Yes, you can "grow" old to fifty years or sixty years, but who says you must "look" it. A simple anti aging tip is to always dress as if you were still in your twenties or thirties and always have that smile of youth that you had when you were young. You will be surprised that you will begin looking as young as you "feel", regardless of your age.

One reason celebrities look as good as they do, even after they have aged is anti aging. There are a lot of processes they undergo that help the process, but more often than not, the simpler, the better. And they come forth looking as good as ten years younger.

There was a time when people scoffed at the thought of living and looking very young even when they are old. Those who spoke of it were considered maniacs back then. But today, more people are realizing the possibility of it, and the joke is reversed. A lot of things that were considered impossible at that time are even happening already.

Some alternative medicine and cultures will tell you that to overcome a problem, you have to embrace the solution and become it. In the issue of aging, for instance, you must be able to hold your very age in your arms, welcome it, and accept it, albeit in your mind's eyes. But by doing so, you are actually controlling how old you feel and look.

You will find all kinds of nutrition and physical fitness products in a convenience store that will help you with anti aging. Also some skin care lotions, hormone replacements, and vitamins are known to be helpful. You can top them off with various supplements and herbs. Some physicians recommend them for life extension programs.

Maybe the reason people don't get to live so long these days is that the world we now live in is a polluted one. Perhaps if someone was locked up in some kind of incubator, and fed only with specific foods, and kept from all the diseases that plague the world today, perhaps such a person can live longer. Only, would such a thing really be practicable? What then would be the purpose of such a life?

The more archaic approaches employed in the past for curing age and age related ailments are finding use today. Practices like meditation, alternative medicine and holistic healing are used by some institutions in the United States to find solution to the inevitable plague of old age. Varying degrees of success are recorded, but the battle presses on.

Until you are about 80 years of age, as discovered by Dr. Daniel Mroczek, you will tend to get happier with your life and with your achievements. After that age, you might find fewer reasons to be ecstatic, but you would still be endowed with the experience of age. There therefore shouldn't be much of a reason to fear aging as people do today.
