The companies that provide this service pay for access to all phone records and then make these records available for anyone that wants to "investigate" a certain phone number. This type of search is known as a "reverse phone lookup". You just need to punch in the phone number and then the name and address of the person is instantly displayed on your computer screen. You will also see other background information about the person that could be useful. You want to find a company that charges a flat rate for unlimited searches in their database. There are usually going to be quite a few numbers on the list you just made so this way you won't pay for each search you run. Go through your list and do a reverse phone lookup for each phone number. Write down the details you find for each one as you do this. After you have finished running searches for each phone number you can go to the last step. Step #3 In this last step you are going to go over your list and see what you have found out.
