By indulging in music therapy, you will be able to suppress any feelings of anxiety and help yourself to learn to relax. Doing this will improve your mental state of being. Each therapist has their own way of conducting therapy. More than likely, your therapist will begin by trying to find out what it is that you do like. This will help you at a faster rate, to achieve the end result of feeling relaxed. No matter what your age may be, music therapy is a great starter choice. It isn't painful, and helps anyone to relax.
